At J&F Dental Labs, our mission is to take the stress out of managing your cases. To better serve you, we are pleased to provide free pick-ups for cases from your location to our lab as a part of our ImplantAssist program.

For fast, simple and convenient service, create your label below and schedule a pick-up through UPS.

It's Easy:

1. Provide your contact and location information to generate a UPS shipping label
2. Schedule a UPS pick-up window (a minimum 2-hour window is required)
3. Print and affix the label to your package and make it available for pick-up at your location
